We are a small, very friendly, for fun, flat green bowls club situated at Sphinx Drive, just off Siddeley Avenue, CV3 1WA.

We have a great mix of members ranging in age from 12 to some in their spritely 80's, showing bowls really can be an activity for all ages.

The outdoor bowls season has now finished. Our green has been closed and is having some winter maintenance and a well earned rest in preparation for the 2026 season.

We will be holding some 'free' open days in 2026 to meet some of our members and try your hand at bowls. All you need to take part is a pair of flat soled shoes/trainers (with as little tread as possible). The club has sets of bowls available to use and members will be on hand to explain the basics to help get you started.

We have not finalised the dates for our open days in 2026 and will be publishing these in the coming months.

If, and we hope you are interested in attending one of our Open Days could you please

email: sphinxbowlsclub@gmail.com or call Gill on 07718 591671 or Terry on 07956 604674 who will be able to give you more information.

With first year membership only costing £10.00 per person, we hope this great, very low-cost incentive will appeal to you, your family and friends to come along and give it a try. Go For It!

YOU'RE NEVER TOO YOUNG TO BOWL!
