THERE IS MORE TO THE SPHINX BOWLS CLUB THAN YOU THINK
As well as competing in leagues both outdoor lawn bowls and indoor short mat bowls, we also hold regular friendly matches, open days, and host a variety of fundraising events.

COMPETITION BOWLS
Sphinx Bowls Club competes in the Warwickshire League, which is played outdoors between April and October, and in the Warwickshire and Coventry District Short Mat Bowling League, which is played indoors between October and March.

TRAINING &
FRIENDLY GAMES
Sphinx Bowls Club regularly holds friendly matches against other teams, to keep us on top of our game.

We also hold training every Tuesday evening from 6pm, with a "roll up and play" option which is perfect for anyone that has always wanted to try bowls but they're not sure if its right for them.
​
There is no need to get in touch just "roll up and play", but if you have any questions then please contact us.

FUNDRAISING EVENTS
Sphinx Bowls Club will quite often hold fundraising events, which in the past have always been a lot of fun and can sometimes get quite competitive.
​
Previous events held have included quiz nights, skittles nights and friendly matches against other sporting clubs such as a local football team.
​
All fundraising events are open for everyone to attend, the more the merrier, we welcome all faces new and old.

NEW MEMBERS
Sphinx Bowls Club are always on the lookout for new members, you might be a complete novice who has always wanted to try bowls but doesn't know where to start, a seasoned expert who is looking for a new club, or someone that is looking for a new hobby and to meet new people.

Our club has a wide range of members who all started in a similar position. So whats stopping you?

Member fees are £75 annually, £10 for novices and no charge for children. So why not come along to one of our training sessions on a Tuesday evening at 6pm and give it a go, no experience necessary, or contact us to find out more.
